1970 Porsche 911 Targa

For 135,000 miles showing and one small rust bubble, you wouldn’t know that this car had ever been outside of the showroom in which it must have been delivered. The few variations from a stock 1970 T are the following: • Chromed Fuchs alloy wheels • 1973 exterior trim • Engine cooling fan painted Chevrolet orange • Bursch exhaust Everything in this car speaks to the constant, diligent care by this car’s original owner. It has survived marriages and fluctuating economies. It has been consigned with us because the latest owner of 38 years is no longer able to enjoy the vehicle as he once did.
Is it our imagination or do the rubber bumpers look wrong for this car.  Too long.  Perhaps poor repos.  Otherwise this one looks good and BlutOrange is a strong color for the early Porsche.  Find this car here on eBay out of Bend OR with reserve not met at $11,000

  1. As another person said, these bumper guards are not correct for 1970. They appear to be from a 1973. 1970-72 were chrome with black rubber center inserts.
They are easy to swap out.

I’d be real careful about this car. If there is “one small rust bubble” there are likely more about to reveal themselves.
